WHY BE AN ENTREPRENEUR?
What
It Takes to Succeed
Times like these can often provide the best opportunities
to start new ventures. Lower costs, less competition for critical
personnel and resources, and more patient money are some of
the advantages for the prospective entrepreneur. But it still
comes down to the critical entrepreneurial strengths and competencies
needed in today's business environment.
The Caltech/MIT Enterprise Forum kicks off its 20th year
with an examination of the key attributes required to start
and grow successful entrepreneurial ventures. Entrepreneurs
come in all sizes, shapes, personalities and backgrounds.
This program focuses on how those characteristics fit into
today's entrepreneurial landscape and how individuals can
adapt their own strengths for successful entrepreneurship.
Join us to learn from seasoned entrepreneurs how to put your
talents to work in launching new ventures and starting new
career paths.
