Randy Churchill serves as Senior Vice President, Southwest Regional Manager for Avidbank’s venture lending division. In that role, he works with venture capital firms and their portfolio companies, providing flexible credit facilities and treasury management solutions. Randy began his banking career with Comerica in his home state of Michigan and later moved west to practice law with Latham & Watkins. Subsequently, he managed PwC’s SoCal emerging company practice for 12 years before returning to banking in 2015. Randy earned a BBA from Western Michigan University and a JD from Indiana University School of Law.
