Andy Tomat is the Managing Director of Four Pillars, Inc. which performs M&A due diligence for firms making investments or acquisitions. He’s an accomplished corporate development executive with 30-year track record of leading Fortune 500 companies (Teradyne, Canon) through $1B’s of M&A transactions. He currently supports mid-sized family-owned European industrial technology (“Mittelstand”) firms with their US acquisitions and corporate venture capital investments in such sectors as AI, robotics, and renewable energy. He also serves on several corporate and non-profit boards.
Andy has a B.A. in Physics & Mathematics from Cornell University, an MBA from University of Connecticut, is a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Certified M&A Advisor.
